Current Status
What Compute Fabric has tested and what is still behind separate gates.
Different tasks need different kinds of compute. Some should stay on one trusted computer; some may benefit from a nearby group of machines; others can travel as bounded jobs to a trusted remote worker or an approved provider. Compute Fabric is the execution-plane project that aims to make those choices explicit and measurable.
Its central rule is that moving work does not move authority. A worker can report what it ran and where, but the requesting project and Shared Workbench still control permissions, disclosure, costs, and acceptance. A benchmark does not enroll a machine, and a successful synthetic test does not qualify a production model.
The current status page separates tested mechanics from future capabilities. This public information site is not an interface to submit work or manage machines.
